Angelica Panganiban - a Filipino American model, TV host as well as actress, is an American comedian. Panganiban was dubbed as the queen of Drama across numerous media. Her pneumonia was double due to an aggressive strep-pneumococcal bacteria infection. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston gave her ECMO an intervention that saved her life. It was not until her kidneys recovered that she could be saved after she developed a septic infection and had multiple organ malfunctions. She was forced to adapt her life around hemodialysis, and later on peritoneal dialysate. After an eighteen-day stay in the hospital Angelica appeared to be dying and then on a road to recuperation. Angelica's life forever changed after she underwent dialysis for kidneys. The donor kidney would come from her mom. Angelica Hale was able to undergo a kidney transplantation along together with her mother on 13th of September, 2013. The operation was carried out in Emory University Hospital, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale pursued her dream to become a famous person for years after.
